Event: Summer Games Done Quick 2017 - 2018
Title: Volunteer Host/Stylist
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities:
Hosting by reading donations and sponsored ads for the live stream in 2017, and as a stylist in 2018 to prepare staff and runners for the camera.
Event: Twin Cities Jazz Festival 2000 - 2018
Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Mears Park – St. Paul, MN
Responsibilities:
Maintain Databank system and provide customer service, Create musician contracts, Assist with on-site problem solving/troubleshooting, Liaison for musicians traveling to/from out of state, Transportation for musicians from out of state, Responsible for intern(s) involved, Running errands as needed before and during event, Creating any additional signage, Assisting with setup and tear down, Organize a quick guide for staff/volunteers including the schedule and emergency contact info, sales of beer/wine tickets, pouring/selling alcohol, merchandise sales, and assistance with event logistics.
